Founded in 1833 our client is leading the Private Banking and Wealth Management industry and are now seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Client Support Executive to join their team! A unique opportunity for someone with a background in financial services, banking or corporate services to develop their career or someone leaving education to kickstart theirs!

Job Responsibility

  • Handle incoming calls and respond to internal and external client inquiries related to account balances, statements, and transactions
  • Process internal transfers and ensure all payment process requirements are met
  • Address card-related queries, including activation requests, PIN reminders, and unauthorised card transactions
  • Handle client payment requests, ensuring adherence to company procedures
  • Provide support for Online Banking and Mobile App queries, password resets, and online payment verifications
  • Assist with cheque queries, stop cheque requests, and standing order and direct debit inquiries
  • Manage amendments to static data, including address changes
  • Process other requests such as audit letters and tax certificates
  • Maintain client records, ensuring efficient archiving and filing
  • Handle clients' complaints and errors promptly, following the established process

Requirements

  • Experience in delivering excellent customer care
  • Education A Levels or equivalent
  • Ability to provide a high level of client service
  • Strong numeracy, literacy, and computer skills
  • Knowledge of savings, banking, or financial services is desirable but not essential
  • Previous experience in a client-facing role is desirable but not essential
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn various banking systems and tasks
  • A positive and can-do attitude
