You will be the backbone of the client services team, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional client care.

Job Responsibility:

  • Providing comprehensive administrative support to the team
  • Delivering outstanding customer service over the phone
  • Onboarding clients and conducting AML checks
  • Maintaining accurate client data across platforms
  • Managing incoming/outgoing post and correspondence
  • Reviewing clients' HMRC online accounts
  • Updating client trackers and preparing standard HMRC letters
  • Uploading tax returns to client portals
  • Preparing engagement letters and managing document workflows
  • Supporting Managers, Senior Managers, and Partners with ad hoc tasks

  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and teamwork
  • Experience or prior experience working in financial services (desirable)
