The Client Support team work collaboratively with all Operational colleagues to ensure our processes meet all relevant internal and regulatory policy and procedural requirements, whilst providing a frictionless and efficient service to our clients and introducers.
Job Responsibility:
Provide Customer Service Excellence to all clients, companies and third parties
Assessment and validation of documentation provided as part of the data change event process
Update and maintain client data records from simple accounts to more complex trust structures
Conform to the Company’s AML procedures and guidelines at all times
Work on a variety of projects that deliver service, create capacity, and ensure control effectiveness within the team
Undertake other activities of a similar nature within your capabilities in other teams, as requested
Be actively involved in any team and company projects
Requirements:
1-2 year’s experience in a similar role, within financial services
Experience in working with Ms office suite
Knowledge of Offshore & Onshore investments
Experience in validating and verifying instructions
Sound knowledge in identifying risk
Education at a minimum of matric level
RE5
Sound knowledge of FIC, AML, KYC regulation standards
Nice to have:
Offshore knowledge of regulation advantageous
Experience in report writing advantageous
Tertiary level qualifications advantageous
