Job Responsibility:
Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts
Build strong relationships through regular check-ins and proactive communication
Coordinate internally to ensure client needs are met efficiently
Track client engagement, satisfaction, and performance metrics
Resolve issues and escalate concerns as needed
Support onboarding and implementation processes
Prepare reports, summaries, and presentations for clients
Identify opportunities to expand services and improve retention
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree preferred

3+ years of experience in client success, account management, or customer relations
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
