We are looking to hire a motivated and passionate Client Success Manager who can manage client relationships, improve retention, and drive long-term satisfaction. Job Responsibility:
Own the client experience: manage communications, maintain satisfaction, and ensure clients feel supported
Reduce churn and increase LTV by improving onboarding, communications, and service experience
Serve as a key point of contact for client questions, feedback, and performance reviews
Identify upsell opportunities and work with the team to expand client value
Collaborate cross-functionally with delivery teams to ensure a seamless client experience
Possibly manage 1–3 junior team members as the role evolves
Requirements:
2-3+ years in a Client Success client-facing role
Experience at an SEO agency is a must
link-building service is a plus
Confident communicator – strong written and verbal English skills
Critical thinker and problem solver who can work independently and make smart decisions
Organized, efficient, and great at managing time and multiple client priorities
Friendly, approachable, and invested in long-term client relationships
Sales experience or a drive for upselling is a bonus
