We are looking for a collaborative, growth-oriented Client Success Manager to support partners using the Sports Tourism Index. You will work closely with destination organizations, event rights holders, and industry partners to drive onboarding, training, adoption, and long-term growth of the platform. This role blends client success strategy, partner engagement, training delivery, and consultative growth conversations that help partners expand their use of Sports Tourism Index. The ideal candidate is proactive, relationship-driven, and comfortable identifying opportunities to increase engagement and platform value while maintaining a strong focus on partner success.
Job Responsibility:
Manage onboarding, training, adoption, and renewals for DMO Partners
Serve as a primary point of contact for client success and platform expansion
Identify opportunities to increase usage and align platform value to partner goals
Build trusted relationships that drive retention and long-term growth
Lead engagement and training for event owners, governing bodies, and sports organizers (Rights Holders)
Support partners through adoption and success planning
Position Sports Tourism Index as a strategic solution that supports partner goals
Help grow participation and engagement across the ecosystem
Represent Sports Tourism Index at trade shows, including Sports ETA Symposium
Attend trade show booths, partner meetings, and networking events
Build relationships that generate awareness, opportunities, and adoption growth
Support ecosystem expansion and industry visibility
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in client success, account management, partnerships, sales, and/or training
Experience working with tourism organizations, sports events, venues, or event rights holders preferred
Confident presenting software and delivering training to diverse audiences
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
Organized, proactive, and comfortable multitasking
Willingness to travel for industry events and trade shows
Team-first mindset with strong collaboration skills
