Job Description:

Melon Local is looking for an energized Client Success Assistant who has a passion for building world-class relationships and delivering excellent results! This position will be working at the HQ in Las Vegas. Melon is seeking an administrative specialist who gets the job done, yet still likes to break out of the traditional box that most companies try to put people in. Our goal is to continue to be the most fun and inclusive agency that serves insurance agents and their businesses anywhere in the U.S. Our Client Success Assistant is a crucial support role within the entire client success department. When a new client signs on with our agency and is assigned a CSM, there are dozens of tasks that need to be accomplished, not only to ensure a proper onboarding experience but to set the tone for the duration of the client journey. As the agency grows, the structure will evolve to include one or more CSAs to every team of CSMs. Your role is to provide the CSMs with capable backend (and some frontend) support spanning a variety of programs and tasks. This support will enable the CSM team to focus on providing the top-notch customer service Melon Local is known for. Whenever possible, you’ll be expected to join CSMs for onboarding calls. You’ll be introduced to clients and will act as a true assistant on select accounts. This is where your customer service, attention to detail, and organizational skills will shine. As a client progresses through the onboarding process, you’ll be involved with many pieces of the backend optimization.

Job Responsibility:
