Job Responsibility:
Design and guide full-funnel media plans and recommendations
Manage budget forecasts and optimize ad spend
Serve as a trusted contact for clients
Introduce and refine innovative media strategies
Lead the creation, presentation, and regular updates of media plans and deliverables
Act as the bridge between clients, internal teams, and external partners
Oversee budget planning and forecasting
Mentor and support a team of media professionals
Drive project excellence by managing timelines and team priorities
Resolve challenges that impact team performance or client expectations
Collaborate with media and analytics teams to create insightful reports and dashboards
Oversee the performance of omnichannel campaigns
Ensure client reporting deliverables align with their learning agenda
Lead test-and-learn initiatives
Stay ahead of industry trends
Deeply understand each client’s business by analyzing their industry, target audiences, competitors, and unique selling points
Requirements:
10+ years of experience in Client Strategy
5+ years of leadership experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Lead strategic planning across key accounts
Deep expertise in translating market trends, brand insights, and performance data into actionable strategic frameworks
Skilled at managing complex client relationships and guiding executive-level conversations
Shape and present strategic narratives
Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, media, analytics, and tech leads
Lead, mentor, and inspire high-performing teams
Balance vision with operational excellence
