Marston Holdings is looking for a Client Solutions Manager to identify, secure and launch new private sector client relationships. This role sits at the heart of new business, taking opportunities from first conversation through to live, business-as-usual delivery. You’ll work closely with clients and internal specialists to design, launch and optimise enforcement and recovery solutions that deliver real value. In this role you’ll play a key role in growing our private sector business, with real exposure to senior stakeholders and the opportunity to develop a career in business or proposition development.
Job Responsibility:
Manage new business opportunities from solution design to onboarding and service launch
Act as the primary contact for new clients during early delivery
Analyse client data to identify the right solution and quick-win opportunities
Lead client meetings and business reviews, presenting performance and insight
Monitor SLAs, manage escalations and ensure regulatory compliance
Collaborate across operational, legal and compliance teams
Maintain accurate CRM records and reporting
Requirements:
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insight
Experience managing clients in enforcement, debt recovery, legal or regulated services
Knowledge of debt, litigation and High Court Enforcement processes
Clear, confident communication skills
High attention to detail
A full UK driving licence
