Meta's Global Business Group is seeking a Client Solutions Manager to serve as a strategic partner to some of the largest, most sophisticated advertisers in the eCommerce vertical. In this role, you will combine deep platform expertise with analytical rigor to help clients achieve measurable business outcomes across Meta's suite of advertising solutions, including performance marketing, app campaigns, and measurement products. You will act as a trusted consultant to clients, translating business objectives into data-driven media strategies and optimizing campaigns to drive revenue growth for both clients and Meta.
Job Responsibility
Partner with Client Partners to develop and execute advertising strategies that drive measurable business results for clients across Meta's advertising platform
Build and manage relationships with key clients, serving as a primary point of contact for media optimization, strategy, and measurement consultations
Analyze campaign performance data from multiple sources to develop actionable insights and present recommendations to client stakeholders
Design and oversee experimentation initiatives including advanced measurements such as conversion lift testing and advanced analytics, track results, and translate findings into optimization recommendations
Educate clients on Meta's advertising products, best practices, and emerging platform capabilities to grow existing partnerships
Drive proactive media and measurement strategy, including campaign setup, pacing, and ongoing optimization to improve performance and increase investment
Manage account operations including troubleshooting delivery issues, account configuration, and escalation of technical problems
Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams including sales, product, and data science to manage complex client workstreams and deliver integrated solutions
Develop and present data-driven narratives, custom analyses, and strategic recommendations to business stakeholders at varying levels of seniority
Demonstrate high levels of curiosity and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Exhibit proactivity, problem-solving skills, and clearly framed thinking to help clients make strong decisions
Travel as needed to support client engagements and business development activities
Requirements
2+ years of experience in performance marketing or highly data-driven environments, such as finance, data science, or consulting
Experience structuring and analyzing data from quantitative and qualitative sources to develop actionable business insights
Experience delivering data-driven recommendations and presentations to both technical and non-technical audiences, including client-side stakeholders
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to manage and deliver on complex, multi-workstream projects
Experience influencing client or partner decisions through consultative sales approaches and insight-backed business cases
Nice to have
5+ years of experience in performance marketing or highly data-driven environments, such as finance, data science, or consulting
Familiarity with Meta's advertising solutions including campaign management, audience targeting, and measurement products
Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies
Experience with data querying tools such as SQL for extracting and manipulating advertising performance datasets
Experience designing and interpreting results from media experiments, including incrementality testing and attribution methodologies
Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
