Robert Half is seeking a Client Solutions Manager (e.g. Account Executive) to drive new business growth and revenue within our Marketing and Creative contract practice group. This role is ideal for a consultative B2B sales professional who thrives in a quota-based environment and enjoys building long-term client partnerships.
Job Responsibility:
Consistently generate new business and job orders among B2B clients by leveraging existing Robert Half relationships, prospecting, cold-calling, servicing inbound inquiries, pursuing leads and job postings, attending networking events, and utilizing tools such as ZoomInfo, Salesforce.com, LinkedIn, and BI dashboards
Build and manage a strong pipeline of SMB, mid-market, and enterprise clients
Conduct virtual and in-person client meetings to identify hiring needs and close staffing solutions
Achieve goals related to consultants on assignment, billable hours, and gross margin
Create and execute digital and email marketing campaigns to support business development efforts
Negotiate and establish contractual recruitment agreements
Qualify client job orders and develop a strategy through to placement
Develop long-term relationships to drive repeat business with key accounts
Consult with clients on labor market trends, in-demand skills, and best practices for attracting and onboarding talent
Provide post-placement support and may assist with light supervision of contract talent
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in business-to-business (B2B) sales, marketing, and/or account management in a role such as business development manager, account manager, sales development representative (SDR), or account executive (required)
2+ years' experience in business development strategies surrounding tele prospecting, cold-calling, email marketing, and sales prospecting in a metrics-driven environment
Proficiency in sales enablement tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoominfo, etc.
Interest and/or experience in marketing and creative functional areas
preferably experience in verticals such as marketing, brand management, email marketing, eCommerce, public relations, advertising, media relations, design, etc. (Preferred)
Background in temporary staffing, recruiting and/or solutions consulting (preferred)
Strong interpersonal communication skills both written and verbal (required)
Bachelor’s Degree is required.
