We are seeking a results-driven Client Solutions Manager to support growth within our Technology Contract Talent practice. This role is responsible for developing client relationships, driving business development, and delivering talent solutions that help organizations address critical technology skills gaps and project demands.
Job Responsibility:
Build and expand relationships with hiring managers and key decision-makers across client organizations
Generate new business opportunities for contract talent solutions within the technology space
Consult with clients on workforce needs, project priorities, and staffing strategies
Partner closely with recruiting teams to align talent pipelines with client demand
Present tailored contract staffing solutions for initiatives involving security, AI, data, software development, cloud, and IT operations
Manage the full client engagement lifecycle, from prospecting and business development through job order intake and ongoing account management
Maintain a high level of market activity and develop a strong network within the local technology community
Requirements:
Experience in business development, account management, staffing, or professional services
Interest in technology and understanding of current hiring trends in areas such as AI and machine learning, IT operations, governance, cloud, and software engineering
Strong consultative selling, communication, and relationship-building skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
Proven success managing multiple priorities while delivering a high-quality client experience
