Job Responsibility:
Introducing our services via video, telephone, and in-person meetings with new and existing clients
Developing enterprise-wide relationships with key stakeholders to present Robert Half’s suite of offerings for complex client initiatives requiring senior-level professionals
Researching trends in hiring, the labor market and the competitor landscape
Delivering and analyzing marketplace insights and industry trends to clients to become a trusted business advisor
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in business-to-business (B2B) sales, marketing, and/or account management in a role such as business development manager, account manager, sales development representative (SDR), or account executive
Experience in business development strategies surrounding prospecting, cold-calling, email marketing, and sales prospecting in a metrics-driven environment
Proficiency in sales enablement tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, etc.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
