The Client Solutions Manager for Meta’s Marketing Solutions team is a strategic, customer-focused partner who drives solutions for our clients. This role offers the opportunity to build and manage key client relationships, develop expertise in our platform and products, and deepen skills in media planning, strategy, and measurement. With understanding of both online and traditional media, you will collaborate with the sales team to develop industry-specific relationships, negotiate and optimize complex opportunities, and leverage data and analytics to deliver consultative solutions. The Client Solutions Manager focuses on driving revenue, enhancing advertiser education, and ensuring client satisfaction. Success in this role requires consultative sales and analytical skills, a commitment to client service, and the ability to excel in a dynamic, team-oriented environment with tight deadlines. This Singapore-based position supports superapps and direct-to-consumer e-commerce clients.
Job Responsibility:
In partnership with a Client Partner, analyze client situations and devise integrated marketing and advertising strategies that optimally incorporate Meta solutions to maximize client value
Use data, insights, and market intelligence to identify opportunities and guide strategy and implementation of Meta solutions
Serve as an external product consultant, educating clients and agencies on product solutions and driving product adoption
Drive product innovation internally with cross-functional partners based on market trends and emerging client needs
Plan media and creative structure, oversee campaign implementation, and ensure delivery against client business objectives
Outline and oversee measurement schemes, tracking, and results delivery to study the effectiveness of Meta solutions
Oversee budget spend, manage analytics and dashboards, and provide optimization and real-time recommendations
Collaborate with Client Partner to exceed sales and yield goals for your assigned book of business
Manage complex external and internal work streams, optimizing clients’ advertising operations to meet business objectives
Oversee internal account operations, including troubleshooting, monitoring policy compliance, and managing account and financial details
Build and manage relationships with both C-Suite and front-line stakeholders in clients and agencies
Collaborate closely with internal cross-functional teams and cross-region counterparts
Requirements:
Understanding of online advertising and commercial business objectives
Critical thinking, analytical and technical skills
Curiosity, persistence, and the skills to arrive at solutions in a structured manner
Experience communicating clearly and effectively
Demonstrated skills to develop and manage cross functional partnership as well as client relationships in complex and rapidly evolving environment
Nice to have:
BA/BS degree in a technical or marketing field
Enterprise solution selling experience
Experience with the digital advertising (Direct Response marketing, data and technology solutions, ad-tech, partnerships, CRM, measurement fundamentals) and the eCommerce ecosystem
Experience with data visualization tools or analysis tools and relational databases such as Tableau, SQL
Proven success in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment
Experience as a Meta user and familiarity with Meta’s ad solutions
