This is a true hunter role focused on building new business in the IT staffing space. Prospect daily through cold calling, email, and outreach. Build your own client base and pipeline from scratch. Meet IT hiring managers and executives in person. Partner with clients on contract and project-based staffing needs. Work with recruiters to deliver the right talent. Drive roles forward from intake to placement.
