The Client Solutions Manager for Meta’s Global Business Group team partners with our most strategic businesses to make sure they are successful with Meta. This is an opportunity to be at the center of some of Meta's most important commercial relationships in Türkiye. This role will be located at our office in London. The Client Solutions Manager is a strategic solution-driver who puts customers at the core of everything they do. This role is responsible for building strategic partnerships, driving growth, advertiser education and leveraging data-driven insights for our customers. Success in this position requires consultative sales and analytical skills, experience in working with large data sets to identify performance patterns and translate into solutions, working with internal cross-functional partners, and the drive to thrive in an agile, team-focused environment delivering against tight deadlines.
Job Responsibility:
Identify, create, and implement marketing solutions grounded on achieving measurable business results for our Tech Apps partners
Responsible for educating clients on products, new solutions and best practices to drive adoption and grow existing business partnership
Use data and insights to guide strategy and implementation of Meta solutions against client's marketing objectives
Build and manage relationships with key clients, ecosystem partners (media, ad-tech, creative, marketing etc.)
Advise on media, measurement, and creative strategy to deliver against client goals
Conduct data analyses to guide client strategy, which may include setting up dashboards to detect performance patterns and translate them into actionable insights
Collaboration with internal cross-functional teams and co-manage complex work streams
Flawless management of internal account operations (revenue delivery, media recommendations, troubleshooting issues, optimization opportunities)
Act as a consultant for partners, establishing meaningful relationships and driving clients to action
Be an active contributor of the regional sales team to contribute to overall team goals and development
Requirements:
Professional working proficiency in Turkish and English is needed, due to the need to partner with businesses in Türkiye
5+ years of experience Mobile App, Gaming or eCommerce hands-on startup, scaleup or enterprise experience
Understanding of ad tech ecosystem and digital media platforms
Understanding of attribution modelling /measurement
Experience structuring and manipulating raw data into datasets for analysis
Experience working with tools, analyzing datasets and delivering actionable insights
Experience in applying AI solutions to drive operational efficiency and performance outcomes
Practical knowledge how to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, using tools
Experience in managing complex projects and work streams with minimal direction with a high attention to detail
Experience working with cross-functional teams
Communicate, collaborate and work effectively in a team
Consultative selling skills
Adapting to changing priorities and requirements, and to pivot quickly when necessary
Open to travel frequently
Nice to have:
Designed and built end-to-end systems and launch-plan strategies
Experience with coding and Meta APIs
Experience with AI prompt engineering, GenAI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Machine Learning (ML), etc
