Job Description

The Client Solutions Manager for Meta’s Global Business Group team partners with our most strategic clients to make sure they are successful with Meta. This is an opportunity to be at the center of some of Meta's most important commercial relationships in Israel and Cyprus. The Client Solutions Manager is a strategic solution-driver who puts customers at the core of everything they do. This role is responsible for building strategic partnerships, driving growth, advertiser education, and satisfaction in innovative ways, and leveraging data-driven insights for our customers. You should have a passion for Meta and the overall marketing ecosystem.

Job Responsibility

  • Identify, create, and implement marketing solutions grounded on achieving measurable business results for our partners
  • Responsible for educating clients on products, new solutions and best practices to drive adoption and grow existing business partnership
  • Use data and insights to guide strategy and implementation of Meta solutions against client's marketing objectives
  • Build and manage relationships with key clients, ecosystem partners (media, ad-tech, creative, marketing etc.)
  • Advise on media, measurement, and creative strategy to deliver against client goals
  • Conduct data analyses to guide client strategy, which may include setting up dashboards to detect performance patterns and translate them into actionable insights
  • Collaboration with internal cross-functional teams and co-manage complex work streams
  • Flawless management of internal account operations (revenue delivery, media recommendations, troubleshooting issues, optimization opportunities)
  • Act as a consultant for partners, establishing meaningful relationships and driving clients to action
  • Be an active contributor of the regional sales team to contribute to overall team goals and development
  • Open to travel frequently

Requirements

  • Fluency in English and Hebrew
  • Mobile App, Gaming or eCommerce hands-on startup, scaleup or enterprise experience
  • Experience as a Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp and Messenger user and knowledge of Meta’s ad products
  • Understanding of attribution modelling /measurement
  • Experience working with tools, analyzing large datasets and delivering actionable insights
  • Knowledge how to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, using tools
  • Experience in managing complex projects and work streams with minimal direction with a high attention to detail
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams

  • Optimize the existing book of advertisers’ business to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent sales hygiene, consistently execute against pipeline, opportunity management, and revenue goals. Uses a solution selling mindset to identify across Microsoft opportunities that deliver end-to-end beneficial client outcomes as well as bring the best resources to overcome blockers and ensure success
