Job Description

The Client Solutions Manager for Meta's France Retail team is a strategic and analytical solution-driver who puts our customers at the core of everything we do and supports their growth.

Job Responsibility

  • In partnership with the Client Partner, identify, create, and implement marketing solutions grounded on achieving measurable business results for our partners
  • Serve as external product consultant educating clients on product solutions and best practices, and ultimately grow existing business partnership
  • Analyze data and insights to guide strategy and implementation of Meta solutions
  • Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders
  • Work and collaborate with broad groups of internal cross-functional teams
  • Guide media and creative strategy, planning, and implementation of campaigns to deliver against Key Performance Indicators
  • Outline and manage measurement strategy, tracking, and results delivery
  • Identify optimization opportunities for improving performance
  • Manage internal account operations (e.g. troubleshooting issues, account set up, etc.)

Requirements

  • Demonstrated knowledge of digital media platforms, advertising success metrics, and industry trends
  • Effective problem solving and decision making skills
  • Experience working effectively with cross-functional teams and all levels of management
  • Demonstrated experience to manage complex work streams while maintaining strict attention to details
  • Communication skills, collaboration and working effectively in a team
  • Advanced analytical skills, experience with analyzing datasets and delivering actionable insights
  • At least 5 years of relevant job experience
  • Business level French and English

  • Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact
  • Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices
  • Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies
