The Client Solutions Manager for Meta's Global Business Group team partners with our most strategic clients to make sure they are successful with Meta. This is an opportunity to be at the center of some of Meta's most important commercial relationships in Spain. The Client Solutions Manager is a strategic solution-driver who puts customers at the core of everything they do. This role is responsible for building strategic partnerships, driving growth, advertiser education, and satisfaction in innovative ways, and leveraging data-driven insights for our customers. You should have a passion for Meta and the overall marketing ecosystem. Success in this position requires consultative sales and analytical skills, experience in working with large data sets to identify performance patterns and translate into solutions, working with internal cross-functional partners, and the ability to prioritize competing workstreams based on impact, deadlines, and stakeholder needs.
Job Responsibility:
Identify, create, and implement marketing solutions grounded on achieving measurable business results for our partners
Responsible for educating clients on products, new solutions and best practices to drive adoption and grow existing business partnership
Use data and insights to guide strategy and implementation of Meta solutions against clients' marketing objectives
Build and manage relationships with key clients, ecosystem partners (media, ad-tech, creative, marketing etc.)
Advise on media, measurement, and creative strategy to deliver against client goals
Conduct data analyses to guide client strategy, which may include setting up dashboards to detect performance patterns and translate them into actionable insights
Collaboration with internal cross-functional teams and co-manage complex work streams
Flawless management of internal account operations (revenue delivery, media recommendations, troubleshooting issues, optimization opportunities)
Act as a consultant for partners, establishing meaningful relationships and driving clients to action
Be an active contributor of the regional sales team to contribute to overall team goals and development
Willingness to travel frequently
Requirements:
Fluency in English and Spanish
eCommerce hands-on startup, scaleup or enterprise experience
Experience as a Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp and Messenger user and knowledge of Meta's ad products
Understanding of attribution modelling/measurement
Experience working with tools, analyzing large datasets and delivering actionable insights
Knowledge how to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, using tools
Experience in managing complex projects and work streams with minimal direction with a high attention to detail
Experience working with cross-functional teams
Consistently demonstrate level of integrity and ownership
Communicate, collaborate and work effectively in a team
Consultative selling skills
Adapting to changing priorities and requirements, and to pivot quickly when necessary
Nice to have:
Experience with Meta Business Suite and Ads Manager
Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies
Experience in a client-facing role at a media agency, ad-tech company, or platform
Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
Experience with digital advertising platforms and performance marketing
Experience in the eCommerce or retail industry
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Looker
Experience presenting to and influencing senior stakeholders
