Job Description

The Client Solutions Manager (CSM) for CPG-D2C, India, is responsible for partnering closely with India’s largest advertisers and enabling them to transform their business to win with the consumer of today. This is an opportunity to build and manage key relationships, serve as a consultative product expert, and lead media planning, brand and performance marketing strategy, creative upskilling and measurement for India's top CPG and D2C advertisers. In partnership with the Client Partner, this role is responsible for building executional and functional partnerships, using data and analytics to identify growth opportunities for Meta by building comprehensive solutions for our customers, and driving revenue by negotiating and optimizing opportunities that deliver on client’s & media agencies' business objectives. Success in this position requires consultative sales experience and analytical rigour, a focus on client servicing, experience collaborating with internal cross-functional partners, and the ability to prioritize competing work based on impact, deadlines, and stakeholder needs in a team-focused environment.

Job Responsibility

  • In partnership with Client Partner, identify, create, and implement marketing solutions grounded in achieving measurable business results for our customers
  • Analyze platform, brand and/or outcomes data to build insights to guide strategy and implementation of Facebook/Instagram Ads & Messaging solutions
  • Collaborate with internal cross functional teams and be the voice of our clients’ for the short and long-term cross-functional priorities, and drive critical wins for their advertisers by deploying the right cross-functional resources
  • Serve as external solution consultant educating clients and media agencies on our products and best practices, and drive adoption of Meta’s products and solutions
  • Guide branding strategy, audience and media planning, and implementation & measurement of campaigns to deliver against pre-defined business KPIs. Outline and oversee measurement strategy, tracking, and results delivery
  • Identify optimization opportunities for improving performance by managing projects on complex work streams
  • Build and nurture relationships with key clients and agency partners (media, creative, marketing partners, etc.)
  • Oversee internal account operations (e.g. troubleshooting issues, account set up, etc.)

Requirements

  • 4+ years’ experience in brand marketing or media planning for large CPGs or disruptor D2C brands, either directly as part of the growth teams, or as part of media agencies supporting the brands. Candidates from consumer tech platforms with similar skills are also eligible
  • Proven problem solving skills and thought leadership and ability to influence multiple stakeholders on adopting new products and ideas
  • Proven track record of delivering on business goals through collaborative cross functional ways of operating
  • Experience managing multiple & complex work streams while maintaining strict attention to detail
  • Experience presenting ideas, solutions, and frameworks to CXOs, media heads, and agency partners
  • Willingness to travel as needed within India to lead a book of business comprising multiple CPG and D2C clients

Nice to have

  • Understanding of Brand and Performance measurement solutions such as Brand Lifts, incrementality lift studies and Brand Health Tracks is recommended
  • Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
  • Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies
  • Expertise in digital and performance marketing preferred, exposure to communication development for social media is highly recommended
  • Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
