Job Responsibility:
Drive sales activity through high-volume cold calling and proactive prospecting to generate new business opportunities
Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients
Manage and develop House Accounts, identifying opportunities to expand engagement and revenue
Proactively upsell and cross-sell additional software solutions
Identify and reach out to prospective customers in adjacent markets
Use direct communication channels to understand client challenges and match offerings to goals
Requirements:
Experience in cold calling, B2B sales, account management, or client success, preferably within a software or technology environment
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Confident using CRM tools
Commercially minded with a strong focus on achieving and exceeding growth targets
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
