This role includes a strong sales focus, involving cold calling, proactive outreach, and identifying new business opportunities, alongside building and managing client relationships. Job Responsibility

  • Drive sales activity through high-volume cold calling and proactive prospecting to generate new business opportunities
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients
  • Manage and develop House Accounts, identifying opportunities to expand engagement and revenue
  • Proactively upsell and cross-sell additional software solutions
  • Identify and reach out to prospective customers in adjacent markets
  • Use direct communication channels to understand client challenges and match offerings to goals

Requirements

  • Experience in cold calling, B2B sales, account management, or client success, preferably within a software or technology environment
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Confident using CRM tools
  • Commercially minded with a strong focus on achieving and exceeding growth targets
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
