Join our Technology R&D Lab as a Client Solutions Engineer and become the technical bridge between our innovative composable banking platform and the financial institutions we serve. You have a deep understanding of investment, portfolio analysis and performance as well as strong technical skills. You will play a crucial role in driving customer success by creating comprehensive implementation documentation, supporting client engineering teams through their integration journey, and showcasing our platform's capabilities to prospective customers. You'll work closely with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to ensure clients can successfully adopt and deploy our cloud-native SaaS solution. Your technical expertise, knowledge of wealth management and communication skills will be essential in translating complex platform capabilities into clear, actionable guidance that accelerates time-to-value for our customers.

Job Responsibility:

  • Deliver compelling demonstrations of our cutting edge performance calculation engine
  • Enable client success in proof-of-concept implementations showcasing platform capabilities
  • Provide hands-on technical support to client implementation teams, troubleshooting integration issues and advising on optimal approaches
  • Conduct technical discovery sessions with prospective clients to understand their requirements and use cases
  • Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation including implementation guides, API references, integration patterns, and best practices for client engineers
  • Develop sample code, reference architectures, and integration examples to accelerate client adoption
  • Partner with Sales teams during the pre-sales process to address technical questions, assess feasibility, and scope implementation efforts
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to communicate client feedback, identify common integration challenges, and influence product roadmap priorities
  • Build reusable solution accelerators and templates that reduce implementation time and complexity
  • Stay current on platform capabilities, releases, and roadmap to effectively advise clients on upcoming features
  • Contribute to knowledge base articles, FAQs, and community resources that enable client self-service

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of investment management systems, portfolio accounting, and asset servicing - experience with Investment Book of Record (IBOR), Order Management Systems (OMS), or related wealth/asset management platforms
  • 3+ years of experience in solutions engineering, technical consulting, or client-facing technical roles for enterprise software or SaaS platforms
  • Strong technical background with hands-on experience in software development, API integration, and cloud technologies (AWS preferred)
  • Proven ability to create clear, comprehensive technical documentation for diverse technical audiences
  • Experience supporting enterprise clients through complex software implementations and integrations
  • Excellent presentation and demonstration skills, comfortable presenting to both technical and executive audiences
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs, event-driven architectures, and modern integration patterns
  • Knowledge of CI/CD practices, containerization, and cloud-native architectures
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues
