Job Description

We're looking for our first Client Solutions Engineer to join our team in New York. As a Client Solutions Engineer, you’ll be the critical bridge between Product and Customer teams. You’ll align Omnea’s platform with customer needs, dive deep into technical configurations, troubleshoot complex integration challenges, and help shape the future of procurement. You’ll work directly with some of the world’s leading tech companies, helping them unlock the full potential of Omnea. This is a unique opportunity to join Omnea at a pivotal moment in our journey, scaling alongside a world-class team and making an outsized impact on our customers and product.

Job Responsibility

  • Be part of the 'SWAT Team' for complex solutions at Omnea
  • Help Customer team digest customer requirements, overcome technical barriers, refine configurations, tackle integration challenges
  • Assist Commercial team by creating solutions for sophisticated demos
  • Serve as first line of defense for customer requests and issues
  • Provide high level of support to help customers achieve goals
  • Own Customer Experience, manage delivery and prioritisation of Eng support tickets
  • Collaborate with Product team to share feedback and insights
  • Help shape future product development
  • Prioritise, scope, and deliver features
  • Write Product tickets to define engineering requirements
  • Become go-to source of knowledge about Omnea product
  • Record observations and thought processes
  • Lead continuous improvement efforts for internal tools and processes
  • Develop and refine Omnea Knowledge Repository
  • Manage Product Accreditation
  • Create Customer Training/Support materials
  • Produce and maintain technical materials for Customer implementations

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in a performance-driven environment
  • Strong technical foundation (e.g., studied Engineering, Applied Physics/Maths, or technical apprenticeship)
  • Some level of coding knowledge (side project or degree module is fine)
