We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Client Solutions Advisor to drive customer success and product adoption within repair facilities and dealerships. Job Responsibility:
Proactive client engagement: Provide regular onsite and remote support to assigned body shops and dealers
Training and onboarding: Deliver product education and drive adoption of new tools and updates
Territory growth: Identify new opportunities and support add-on product sales to boost revenue
Field expertise: Guide customers through best practices for using CCC's electronic parts procurement solution
Data driven coaching: Use performance reporting to support customer success stories and improvements
Collaboration: Work cross functionally with sales and implementation teams to maximize value in your territory
Requirements:
College Degree Preferred
1 - 2 years in a repair facility, dealership or similar environment (collision estimating experience is a major plus)
Previous experience in territory management and B2B account management preferred
Strong presentation, problem-solving, and communication skills
Comfort with technology, MS Office, and CRM tools
Willingness to travel extensively (50 - 75% overnight)
