Randstad is seeking a motivated and results-oriented client solution expert to join our team, aiming to foster strong client relationships and deliver tailored HR solutions. The role includes managing client needs, designing innovative solutions, onboarding support, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. Job Responsibility:

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Engage with clients to understand business objectives and challenges
  • Design and present tailored solutions to client needs
  • Guide clients through implementation and onboarding
  • Provide technical guidance and support to clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client experience
  • Track client success metrics and suggest optimizations
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and solutions
  • Prepare reports on client status and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science)
  • 3 years of experience in a client-facing role (e.g., Client Solutions, Account Management, Sales Engineering)
  • Proven track record of managing client relationships and achieving client retention or growth
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a client-centric mindset
  • Ability to articulate technical concepts to varied audiences
  • Self-motivated and proactive
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience in contracting sales or HR solutions (preferred)
  • Advanced degree or relevant certifications (preferred)
  • Experience in tech sales (preferred).
