We are seeking an accomplished Client Solutions Manager to serve as the strategic bridge between prospective clients and internal teams. The role involves analyzing business challenges, shaping technology-driven solutions, and co-creating proposals that align with client objectives. The position will play a key role in articulating solution narratives, engaging with senior stakeholders, and ensuring successful alignment between client needs and delivery capabilities.
Job Responsibility:
Understand and analyse client business objectives, industry trends, and pain points to design tailored digital solutions
Partner with the Sales team to lead discovery sessions, pitch meetings, and solution workshops with prospects
Collaborate with Presales, Delivery, UX, and Technology teams to develop Statements of Work (SoWs), proposals, and solution blueprints
Develop compelling, high-quality presentations and proposals that highlight organizational strengths and measurable outcomes
Define and evolve solution narratives for key verticals, including Retail & eCommerce, Sports, Media & Entertainment, EdTech, Healthcare, Automotive, and SaaS
Stay abreast of technology trends such as AI, Headless Commerce, and Composable Architecture, and connect them to business value
Contribute to RFP responses, pre-sales documentation, and go-to-market strategies
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree
Relevant prior experience in Client Solutioning
Certifications: product-specific or relevant technologies certifications are advantageous
AI proficiency: Ability to leverage AI and use basic AI tools at work to improve efficiency
Experience in client engagement, pre-sales, or consulting roles at a digital services or consulting firm
Ability to build compelling decks or presentations customized to customer pain points
Proven ability to lead conversations with C-level stakeholders and translate business needs into tech solutions
Strong understanding of digital platforms (AWS, Adobe, Shopify, Contentful, etc), modern architectures, and product engineering approaches
Excellent communication and storytelling skills—both written and verbal
Prior exposure to global markets (US, UK) and cross-functional collaboration
Entrepreneurial mindset with an ability to balance structure with adaptability
Experience working on AI/ML-led products or data-driven transformation projects
Familiarity with tools like Figma, Miro, CRM platforms, proposal automation, and product management tools
Nice to have:
Exposure to industries like retail, sports, automotive, or healthcare is a plus
