Job Responsibility:
Respond promptly and effectively to client inquiries, providing detailed information on financial products and services
Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive and personalized communication
Guide new clients through the onboarding process to ensure a seamless and welcoming experience
Oversee client transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, account updates, and balance inquiries
Partner with financial advisors to ensure client activities align with their financial strategies and goals
Maintain accurate and current client records
Follow up on pending client requests to ensure timely and complete resolutions
Requirements:
Proven experience in client services, preferably within the financial sector
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining client relationships
Familiarity with financial processes such as wire transfers, rollovers, and account updates
Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM systems for record management
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
Ability to work collaboratively with team members and financial advisors
Knowledge of confidentiality and security protocols for handling sensitive client information
Adept at using Microsoft Office Suite and preparing client-facing materials
