Job Responsibility
Welcome clients and provide exceptional customer service by phone, email, and in person
Coordinate appointments and maintain advisor calendars
Assist clients with account documentation and service requests
Follow up on outstanding items and ensure timely resolution
Build strong, long-term client relationships through consistent communication
Maintain confidential client records and documentation
Prepare reports, correspondence, and presentation materials
Update CRM and client databases
Assist with office operations and special projects
Requirements
2+ years of client service, administrative, banking, or financial services experience
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Experience with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
