Job Description

Our client, a well-established company in San Diego, CA is seeking a personable and detail-oriented Client Services Representative to join their team. This position plays a critical role in delivering outstanding customer service and supporting business operations.

Job Responsibility

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries via phone, email, and in person
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation, ensuring confidentiality and compliance
  • Coordinate client appointments, meetings, and follow-up communications
  • Resolve client issues or concerns promptly and professionally, escalating complex matters as needed
  • Support account management and assist with onboarding new clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide seamless service and resolve any process gaps

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service, client relations, or administrative support
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Attention to detail and commitment to providing excellent client experiences

Nice to have

Experience with CRM systems is a plus
