Our client, a well-established company in San Diego, CA is seeking a personable and detail-oriented Client Services Representative to join their team. This position plays a critical role in delivering outstanding customer service and supporting business operations.
Job Responsibility:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries via phone, email, and in person
Maintain accurate client records and documentation, ensuring confidentiality and compliance
Coordinate client appointments, meetings, and follow-up communications
Resolve client issues or concerns promptly and professionally, escalating complex matters as needed
Support account management and assist with onboarding new clients
Collaborate with internal teams to provide seamless service and resolve any process gaps
Requirements:
Previous experience in customer service, client relations, or administrative support
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Attention to detail and commitment to providing excellent client experiences
Nice to have:
Experience with CRM systems is a plus
