Handle international client enquiries across a range of financial products and services
Deliver a high-quality client experience, aiming to resolve queries at first point of contact wherever possible
Proactively manage client queries from start to finish, completing any necessary research and ensuring the matter is resolved by the appropriate team when required
Build strong, professional relationships with clients through clear communication and proactive service
Work towards individual targets while maintaining quality, accuracy, and compliance standards
Accurately identify and fulfil client needs through effective relationship-building and attention to detail
Requirements:
Strong communication skills and confidence dealing with clients
Fluency in English, both written and spoken
Good IT literacy, a tech-savvy mindset, and a keen interest in AI and innovation
A positive, enthusiastic attitude and the ability to work well as part of a team
Flexibility and a proactive approach to problem-solving
A minimum of 1 year’s experience in customer service or a similar client-facing role
A genuine interest in finance and wealth management
Nice to have:
Education in finance is an advantage, but not mandatory
