Job Responsibility

  • Handle international client enquiries across a range of financial products and services
  • Deliver a high-quality client experience, aiming to resolve queries at first point of contact wherever possible
  • Proactively manage client queries from start to finish, completing any necessary research and ensuring the matter is resolved by the appropriate team when required
  • Build strong, professional relationships with clients through clear communication and proactive service
  • Work towards individual targets while maintaining quality, accuracy, and compliance standards
  • Accurately identify and fulfil client needs through effective relationship-building and attention to detail

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills and confidence dealing with clients
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
  • Good IT literacy, a tech-savvy mindset, and a keen interest in AI and innovation
  • A positive, enthusiastic attitude and the ability to work well as part of a team
  • Flexibility and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • A minimum of 1 year’s experience in customer service or a similar client-facing role
  • A genuine interest in finance and wealth management

Nice to have

Education in finance is an advantage, but not mandatory
