Robert Half is partnering with a well-established insurance organization seeking a detail-oriented Client Services Representative to support their compliance and operations team. This role has a strong administrative and coordination focus, assisting with client documentation, internal processes, and regulatory recordkeeping. The ideal candidate is highly organized, enjoys supporting internal teams and clients, and thrives in a structured environment where accuracy and follow-through are important.
Job Responsibility:
Provide administrative support to the client services and compliance teams
Assist with maintaining and updating client records, compliance documentation, and internal files
Track deadlines, renewals, and required documentation related to client accounts
Coordinate with internal departments to gather information and ensure client files are complete and compliant
Maintain organized databases, spreadsheets, and document tracking systems
Assist with preparing documentation for internal reviews and audits
Respond to client inquiries and support requests in a professional and timely manner
Support scheduling, document preparation, and other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in client services, administrative support, customer service, or operations coordination
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Nice to have:
Experience within insurance, financial services, healthcare, or another regulated industry is a plus
