Job Description

Robert Half is partnering with a well-established insurance organization seeking a detail-oriented Client Services Representative to support their compliance and operations team. This role has a strong administrative and coordination focus, assisting with client documentation, internal processes, and regulatory recordkeeping. The ideal candidate is highly organized, enjoys supporting internal teams and clients, and thrives in a structured environment where accuracy and follow-through are important.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide administrative support to the client services and compliance teams
  • Assist with maintaining and updating client records, compliance documentation, and internal files
  • Track deadlines, renewals, and required documentation related to client accounts
  • Coordinate with internal departments to gather information and ensure client files are complete and compliant
  • Maintain organized databases, spreadsheets, and document tracking systems
  • Assist with preparing documentation for internal reviews and audits
  • Respond to client inquiries and support requests in a professional and timely manner
  • Support scheduling, document preparation, and other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in client services, administrative support, customer service, or operations coordination
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Nice to have

Experience within insurance, financial services, healthcare, or another regulated industry is a plus
