Job Responsibility:
Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries via phone and email
Provide timely, accurate responses regarding policies, account updates, and general service questions
Assist clients with account changes, documentation requests, and service-related needs
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and ensure follow-through
Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions and updates in internal systems
Monitor incoming requests and prioritize based on urgency and service standards
Identify opportunities to improve the client experience and streamline service processes
Support general administrative tasks related to client account management
Requirements:
1–3+ years of experience in customer service, client support, or administrative roles
Strong communication skills with a client-first mindset
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and CRM or tracking systems
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
Nice to have:
Experience in insurance, financial services, or other regulated service environments
