Job Description:

The Client Services Manager manages a portfolio of corporate clients, providing seamless client service for banking needs, collaborating with internal teams, and identifying opportunities for improvement. The role involves direct client interaction, advisory tasks, cross-sell initiatives, and ensuring satisfaction in cash management and digital banking.

Job Responsibility:

Manage a portfolio of top-tier corporate customers
identify improvements to streamline operational processes
conduct service reviews and assist in planning changes on services
collaborate with relationship managers and operations teams
provide prompt support for customer queries on cash management
liaise with internal teams on global payments and digital services
perform reporting duties for customer or business-related MI
identify cross-sell opportunities
act in advisory roles for cash management requirements.

Requirements:

At least 3 years in customer-facing roles
banking-related sales/selling experience
knowledge of digital banking services
knowledge of corporate banking services
knowledge of cash management
mature, patient, assertive, and customer-oriented
organized and committed to deliver on time
good listener with service recovery skills
very good written communication and interpersonal skills
very good team player.
