Guidant Global is seeking a Client Services Manager (CSM) to join our team and take ownership of a key client account. Job Responsibility

  • Own and deliver the account strategy, ensuring service excellence and contractual compliance
  • Build strong, productive relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
  • Act as the escalation point for client queries and issues, ensuring timely resolution
  • Drive fulfilment across all recruitment activities, including high-profile vacancies
  • Monitor and manage account performance, budgets, and P&L
  • Champion health, safety, and environmental compliance across all operations

Requirements

  • Proven experience in MSP and/or staffing solutions
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams within client accounts
  • A track record of customer engagement, delivery, and growth
  • Solid understanding of relevant legislation and compliance requirements
  • Experience in P&L management and financial planning
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
