Job Responsibility

  • Manage and grow client relationships by serving as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor
  • Develop and execute advertising strategies aligned with client business goals and growth objectives
  • Oversee campaign performance across Amazon Advertising products and provide actionable recommendations
  • Conduct regular business reviews, performance reporting, and strategic planning sessions with clients
  • Analyze account performance, identify optimization opportunities, and drive continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution, issue resolution, and delivery of client objectives
  • Stay current with Amazon advertising trends, new features, and industry best practices to provide proactive guidance
  • Identify opportunities for account growth, marketplace expansion, and additional service adoption while ensuring high client satisfaction and retention.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience managing Amazon Advertising accounts and client relationships
  • Strong knowledge of Amazon Advertising, including Sponsored Ads, DSP, AMC & Amazon advertising best practices
  • Proven ability to analyze performance data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable recommendations
  • Strong understanding of key Amazon metrics and concepts, search term analysis, ranking strategies, and campaign optimization
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present performance insights and strategic recommendations to clients
  • Proficiency with Amazon Ads Console, Seller Central, Brand Analytics, Excel, and other reporting tools
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously
  • Collaborative, customer-focused mindset with the ability to build relationships, understand client goals, and work effectively across cross-functional teams
  • Exposure to multiple marketplaces (US, UK, EU, CA, etc.) and other retail media platforms
  • Experience with other advertising and analytics platforms such as Helium 10 or similar tools
  • Background working in an agency environment or supporting high-growth eCommerce brands
  • A Bachelor's degree is a must.
