Manage and grow client relationships by serving as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor
Develop and execute advertising strategies aligned with client business goals and growth objectives
Oversee campaign performance across Amazon Advertising products and provide actionable recommendations
Conduct regular business reviews, performance reporting, and strategic planning sessions with clients
Analyze account performance, identify optimization opportunities, and drive continuous improvement
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution, issue resolution, and delivery of client objectives
Stay current with Amazon advertising trends, new features, and industry best practices to provide proactive guidance
Identify opportunities for account growth, marketplace expansion, and additional service adoption while ensuring high client satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
5+ years of hands-on experience managing Amazon Advertising accounts and client relationships
Strong knowledge of Amazon Advertising, including Sponsored Ads, DSP, AMC & Amazon advertising best practices
Proven ability to analyze performance data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable recommendations
Strong understanding of key Amazon metrics and concepts, search term analysis, ranking strategies, and campaign optimization
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present performance insights and strategic recommendations to clients
Proficiency with Amazon Ads Console, Seller Central, Brand Analytics, Excel, and other reporting tools
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously
Collaborative, customer-focused mindset with the ability to build relationships, understand client goals, and work effectively across cross-functional teams
Exposure to multiple marketplaces (US, UK, EU, CA, etc.) and other retail media platforms
Experience with other advertising and analytics platforms such as Helium 10 or similar tools
Background working in an agency environment or supporting high-growth eCommerce brands
A Bachelor's degree is a must.
