You’ll be the driving force behind our Live-in Care service - ensuring it delivers outstanding support for clients while also building it into a recognised service across Shrewsbury, Oswestry, and beyond. You don’t need to come from the care sector. We’ll give you the training and support on regulations, systems, and compliance. What we can’t teach is personality, drive, and the ability to build relationships. That’s where you come in.
