We’re looking for an experienced travel professional who understands the pace, precision and service standards of private aviation. This Client Services Manager role is fully work-from-home, UK-based, and ideal for someone with proven exposure to aviation or private jet operations, who thrives managing complex charter activity and delivering a high-touch service to HNW and UHNW clients.
Job Responsibility:
Managing private jet charter bookings from confirmation through to invoicing
Producing accurate, bespoke quotes and proposals for HNW/UHNW clients
Acting as the main point of contact for clients, operators and global partners
Liaising with operators, brokers and handling agents to secure aircraft and services
Supporting flight operations with schedule changes, re-quotes and problem solving
Maintaining accurate data across CRM systems
Ensuring compliance, accuracy and exceptional service levels
Requirements:
2+ years’ experience in the travel industry, from within aviation or private jet charter
Exposure to private aviation, flight support, fixed based operator ( FBO) or charter operations is essential
Experience working with HNW or UHNW clients is highly desirable
Strong understanding of aviation terminology, scheduling, and operational requirements
Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder and client management skills
Calm, organised, and decisive in fast-paced environments
Strong attention to detail with commercial awareness
Proficient in MS Office
Fluent English essential
