Job Description:

We’re looking for an experienced travel professional who understands the pace, precision and service standards of private aviation. This Client Services Manager role is fully work-from-home, UK-based, and ideal for someone with proven exposure to aviation or private jet operations, who thrives managing complex charter activity and delivering a high-touch service to HNW and UHNW clients.

Job Responsibility:

  • Managing private jet charter bookings from confirmation through to invoicing
  • Producing accurate, bespoke quotes and proposals for HNW/UHNW clients
  • Acting as the main point of contact for clients, operators and global partners
  • Liaising with operators, brokers and handling agents to secure aircraft and services
  • Supporting flight operations with schedule changes, re-quotes and problem solving
  • Maintaining accurate data across CRM systems
  • Ensuring compliance, accuracy and exceptional service levels

Requirements:

  • 2+ years’ experience in the travel industry, from within aviation or private jet charter
  • Exposure to private aviation, flight support, fixed based operator ( FBO) or charter operations is essential
  • Experience working with HNW or UHNW clients is highly desirable
  • Strong understanding of aviation terminology, scheduling, and operational requirements
  • Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder and client management skills
  • Calm, organised, and decisive in fast-paced environments
  • Strong attention to detail with commercial awareness
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Fluent English essential
