As a Client Services Intern, you will support the transformation of our clients' businesses by assisting in the delivery of new opportunities across their digital ecosystems. You will work closely with our account teams to foster partnerships that deliver measurable impact. This role provides a deep dive into digital transformation and business results within a fast-paced agency environment. Located at Nieuwe Herengracht right in front of the Hortus Botanicus, you will have access to our diverse network of specialists by collaborating across our twelve European studios. You will work in an environment which fosters a meritocratic culture and encourages ownership, and you will be surrounded by some of the brightest minds in their fields.
Job Responsibility:
Assist collaborative partnerships with key clients to help deliver against business objectives
Help identify organic growth opportunities through existing client relationships
Support the team in framing client challenges and defining project approaches through research and deck preparation
Learn to effectively synthesise and communicate client requirements into clear briefings
Assist in orchestrating service delivery to ensure overall client satisfaction
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams across various studios, disciplines, and partners
Support continual process improvements across AKQA's evolving service offering
Requirements:
EU working rights are required. Either through a EU Citizenship or Study Programme in the Netherlands
This is a 5 days a week internship for a duration of 6 months
A strong interest in digital and online marketing communications
Ability to identify opportunities to enhance a client's business under the guidance of senior staff
A burgeoning understanding of the digital landscape and customer experience
Strong analytical skills and the ability to demonstrate how you have made a difference to a project or team
Willingness to learn how to manage integrated and digital campaigns involving multiple stakeholders
Ability to support new business opportunities and present ideas clearly to internal teams
A positive and collaborative attitude with a passion for innovative, ground-breaking work
