Job Description

At Brkthru, our Client Services team plays a critical role in connecting strategy, media, and client success. In this internship, you’ll gain hands-on experience supporting the execution and performance of digital advertising campaigns from start to finish. You’ll help ensure campaigns launch smoothly, creative assets are delivered accurately, and reporting reflects meaningful results. This internship offers a behind-the-scenes look at what it takes to manage client partnerships in a collaborative, fast-moving environment, giving you valuable insight into how professional service organizations deliver value and build trust with clients.

Job Responsibility

  • Support campaign setup by organizing creative assets, confirming details in internal systems, and help ensure everything is ready for launch
  • Assist with QA processes by reviewing campaigns, verifying creative, and confirming final details for accurate, error-free execution
  • Contribute to client reporting by helping to compile performance data, prepare reports, and identify insights
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline workflows and look for opportunities to add value to client relationships

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related field as a Junior or Senior
  • Ability to be available 15-20 hours per week
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working with data and learning new digital tools
  • Eager to learn and contribute in a collaborative, client-focused environment

Nice to have

  • Experience with or coursework in digital marketing, analytics, or client relations
  • Familiarity with CRM systems or reporting tools
  • Based in Virginia or Michigan for closer collaboration with Brkthru’s team
