Job Description:

As a Client Services Intern, you will support the transformation of our clients' businesses by assisting in the delivery of new opportunities across their digital ecosystems. You will work closely with our account teams to foster partnerships that deliver measurable impact. This role provides a deep dive into digital transformation and business results within a fast-paced agency environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Assist collaborative partnerships with key clients to help deliver against business objectives
  • Help identify organic growth opportunities through existing client relationships
  • Support the team in framing client challenges and defining project approaches through research and deck preparation
  • Learn to effectively synthesise and communicate client requirements into clear briefings
  • Assist in orchestrating service delivery to ensure overall client satisfaction
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams across various studios, disciplines, and partners
  • Support continual process improvements across AKQA's evolving service offering

Requirements:

  • EU working rights (through EU Citizenship or Study Programme in the Netherlands)
  • Strong interest in digital and online marketing communications
  • Ability to identify opportunities to enhance a client's business under guidance
  • Burgeoning understanding of the digital landscape and customer experience
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to demonstrate impact on a project or team
  • Willingness to learn how to manage integrated and digital campaigns involving multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to support new business opportunities and present ideas clearly to internal teams
  • Positive and collaborative attitude with a passion for innovative, ground-breaking work
