Client Services Executive position in Tunbridge Wells, Kent with temporary contract and potential for permanent placement. Role involves managing client accounts, responding to queries, building relationships, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Job Responsibility:
Manage key client accounts to ensure smooth operations and meet Service Level Agreements
Respond to client queries via email and telephone with professionalism and promptness
Keep clients updated on contract performance and job statuses
Generate quotes and follow up for approvals
Build and nurture positive relationships with clients to maintain and grow account revenue
Prepare KPI reports and participate in client meetings
Oversee the mobilisation of new client accounts and manage administration tasks as needed
Ensure excellent customer service and maintain strong communication between all stakeholders
Handle urgent client email correspondence on a rotational basis after full training
Requirements:
A minimum of 2 years in a customer service role or senior hospitality position
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
A confident communicator with a keen attention to detail
Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
A passion for customer service and exceeding client expectations
