Job Responsibility

Oversee successful implementation of existing client SOWs, coordinating internal and external resources, managing timelines and budgets, and providing day-to-day communication with the clients
Understand the therapeutic area of assigned account(s) and competitive environment
Demonstrate significant knowledge of agency procedure, be an advocate for agency process, and contributes to process improvement
Understand a wide range of digital and non-digital project types across Medical Affairs and Commercial functions
Modify core product framework plans to form custom project plans
Demonstrate knowledge of healthcare regulations and client positioning and strategy
Evaluate deliverables against Project Briefs
Contribute thoughtfully to the brand tactical planning
Provide accurate and thorough documentation: status reports, contact report, timelines
Own day-to-day tactics and execution within agency
