In this role, you primarily manage our office—organizing, planning, and evaluating Pregnancy and STD program services while providing thoughtful options counseling to those facing unintended pregnancies. Job Responsibility:
Provide counseling, support, follow-up, and case management for clients
Provide counseling input and oversight for Ultrasound and STD/STI clients
Maintain accurate client documentation and statistics
Refer clients to appropriate external resources
Serve as Client Advocate with outside agencies and answer office calls
Participate in Helpline on-call rotation (~once/month)
Ensure adherence to policies and consistency across offices
Maintain client resources and support daily office operations
Requirements:
Committed, mature relationship with Jesus Christ and alignment with Alternatives mission and sanctity-of-life values
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field required
Experience with vulnerable populations and/or crisis counseling
Ability to speak both English and Spanish preferred
Nice to have:
Master’s degree in Counseling or Social Work
Demonstrates integrity, dependability, servant leadership, and Christ-like compassion
Excellent, adaptable communication skills and strong customer-service mindset
Strong organization, prioritization, and multitasking abilities
Knowledge of issues related to unintended pregnancy
