Job Responsibility

  • Provide counseling, support, follow-up, and case management for clients
  • Provide counseling input and oversight for Ultrasound and STD/STI clients
  • Maintain accurate client documentation and statistics
  • Refer clients to appropriate external resources
  • Serve as Client Advocate with outside agencies and answer office calls
  • Participate in Helpline on-call rotation (~once/month)
  • Ensure adherence to policies and consistency across offices
  • Maintain client resources and support daily office operations

Requirements

  • Committed, mature relationship with Jesus Christ and alignment with Alternatives mission and sanctity-of-life values
  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field required
  • Experience with vulnerable populations and/or crisis counseling
  • Ability to speak both English and Spanish preferred
