A well-established organization is seeking a highly organized and service-oriented Client Services Coordinator to act as the operational hub between clients and internal teams. Job Responsibility:
Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and service requests
Coordinate client onboarding, documentation, and ongoing service needs
Maintain accurate client records in internal systems and databases
Liaise between clients and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services
Prepare client-facing materials, reports, and correspondence
Track service requests, deadlines, and follow-ups to ensure resolution
Support account managers and leadership with administrative coordination
Assist with process improvement initiatives to enhance client experience
Uphold confidentiality and compliance standards
Requirements:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
2–4 years of client services, customer success, or administrative experience
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM or client management systems
