This opportunity is ideal for someone who brings a confident phone presence and is comfortable guiding conversations, managing scheduling changes, and working through time-sensitive customer needs.
Job Responsibility:
Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls and place selective outbound calls as needed
Qualify customer needs and guide conversations toward appropriate next steps
Accurately document call details while speaking with customers
Schedule appointments and collaborate with internal service teams to keep calendars running smoothly
Communicate with customers and internal staff to address scheduling changes, availability challenges, and time-sensitive needs
Assist with light reception and front desk coverage during designated times
Requirements:
Background in customer service, call handling, or sales environments
Comfort de-escalating concerns, navigating objections, and guiding conversations toward solutions
Confident, professional, and friendly phone presence
Ability to learn new systems quickly and adapt in a fast-paced setting, experience within a CRM or scheduling platform ideal
Strong multitasking and real-time documentation skills
Coachable, reliable, and team-oriented approach
