Our client in the Mississauga area is looking for a full time Client Services Coordinator to assist the office and warehouse in day to day tasks related to client needs and services. This is an on-site M to F opportunity from 8:00am to 4:30pm. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment, exceptional client service and interpersonal skills, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Job Responsibility
Order processing, invoicing, tracking, phone and email correspondence, and payment processing
Provide frontline support to clients in-person, by e-mail and by phone regarding issue resolution and general customer assistance
Contribute to branch operations by maintaining an organized, presentable, and functional office and showroom space
Collaborate with warehouse personnel to support daily logistics by participating in order picking, shipping, receiving, and other warehouse-related tasks
Perform additional duties as assigned to support business needs
Occasional travel may be required regarding customer requests
Requirements
University or College Education
or relevant customer service experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Warm and friendly demeanor, service oriented with a positive attitude and a strong sense of initiative
