We are seeking a motivated Client Services Coordinator to join our team in San Diego, California. This contract-to-permanent role offers the opportunity to support a fast-paced insurance operation while ensuring a smooth and efficient application process for agents and partners. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, highly organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
Job Responsibility:
Verify that all required information and documentation is complete prior to submitting new insurance applications
Coordinate follow-ups with agents, carriers, and third-party vendors to obtain outstanding requirements
Process and manage insurance cases within Salesforce, ensuring accurate and timely data entry
Serve as a primary point of contact for agents by responding to inquiries and resolving application-related issues
Handle high volumes of inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and attention to detail
Review submitted applications and proactively follow up to ensure cases progress efficiently
Collaborate with team members to support shared goals and assist with daily operational needs
Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related administrative role
Proven ability to manage inbound and outbound calls while delivering excellent customer support
Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Effective written communication skills, including professional email correspondence
Experience with order entry, case processing, or similar workflows
Familiarity with Salesforce or comparable CRM systems preferred
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage office and administrative tasks efficiently
