Client Services Coordinator

• Verify that all required information and documentation is complete prior to submitting new insurance applications
• Coordinate follow-ups with agents, carriers, and third-party vendors to obtain outstanding requirements
• Process and manage insurance cases within Salesforce, ensuring accurate and timely data entry
• Serve as a primary point of contact for agents by responding to inquiries and resolving application-related issues
• Handle high volumes of inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and attention to detail
• Review submitted applications and proactively follow up to ensure cases progress efficiently
• Collaborate with team members to support shared goals and assist with daily operational needs

• At least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related administrative role
• Proven ability to manage inbound and outbound calls while delivering excellent customer support
• Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Effective written communication skills, including professional email correspondence
• Experience with order entry, case processing, or similar workflows
• Familiarity with Salesforce or comparable CRM systems preferred
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage office and administrative tasks efficiently
