We’re looking for a client-focused and proactive Client Services Consultant to deliver exceptional onboarding, training, and support for our HR software clients. You will help deliver a first-class experience for our HR software clients, from initial onboarding to day-to-day support.
Job Responsibility:
Deliver exceptional onboarding, training, and support for HR software clients
Be a key point of contact for clients using our HR system
Provide tailored training and answer queries
Ensure a smooth and engaging onboarding experience
Take a consultative approach to help clients get the most from their software
Confidently raise and track any technical issues or enhancement requests with our development team
Work closely with Client Success Managers and Client Experience Team to support renewals and deliver a seamless, end-to-end client journey
Requirements:
At least 1 year in a client-facing role
Experience as a customer service professional
Confident using technology and quick to learn new systems and tools
Keen eye for spotting patterns or recurring issues
