Job Responsibility:
Handling guest enquiries via phone and email in a friendly and professional way
Turning enquiries into confirmed bookings through strong communication and rapport
Managing reservations from initial enquiry through to arrival
Making sure all booking details are accurate and clearly communicated
Working closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless guest experience
Keeping systems and records updated and organised
Requirements:
Confident communicator (both written and verbal)
Someone who genuinely enjoys working with people
Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organised
A proactive approach — you don’t wait to be told what to do
Previous experience in reservations, front office, or hospitality is ideal
Experience with booking or property management systems is a bonus
