Job Description:

At KFH we are looking for a Client Services Consultant to join our Client Services team in Wimbledon. Using our databases you'll review past valuations and qualify potential clients to secure high-quality valuation appointments for our branch network across London. Working closely with our Branch Directors you will be integral in growing our market share in Sales and Lettings.

Job Responsibility:

  • Reviewing past valuations and withdrawn stock databases
  • Qualifying potential clients and scheduling valuation appointments
  • Recording activity on database software
  • Delivering high standards of customer service
  • Initiating contact with past buyers and following up on commitments

Requirements:

  • A track record of success in a telephone sales role in estate agency or a similar industry
  • Strong rapport-building and qualification skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Resilience, professionalism, and a positive attitude
  • Strong commercial focus and ability to meet KPIs
